His mortal life as Garradan, medic in a hospice, ended during a khornite raid, in which he fought bravely armed only with 4-feet long, iron, candle-sticks.
As a Stormcast he became a Lord-Celestant of Steel Soul chamber.
His many adventures include lonely traversing trough the Garden of Nurgle, or fighting with infamous Mannfred von Carstein.
