Guardian Idol (FKB XCVII)

Kolejny wpis, kolejna edycja FKB. Na warsztacie cały czas zestaw Ghurowych (królestwo Bestii) terenów, a akurat koyoth z bloga shadow grey zaproponował idealny temat: Bohater drugiego planu... a czymże innym, jak nie bohaterami drugiego planu, są elementy scenerii?
Wczoraj właśnie skończyłem malować kolejny teren z zestawu, a mianowicie Guardian Idol.
Jest to jeden z wielkich posągów przedstawiających Stormcastów, które to wznoszone są wokół nowo założonych osad, w ramach Krucjat Świtu. Dzięki magicznym osłonom nałożonym na posągi, chronią one mieszkańców, przed zgubnym wpływem Chaosu, oraz strzegą przed nieumarłymi.

Next entry, and next edition of FKB. In my workshop I'm still working on a set of Ghurisch (realm of Beast) terrains, accidentally koyoth from shadow grey blog, proposed an ideal topic: Hero of the background... and what if not a heroes of the background are elements of the scenery?
Yesterday I've finished next terrain from the set, namely the Guardian Idol.
It is one of the great statues depicting Stormcast Eternals, which are erected around newly established settlements, during the Dawnbringer Crusades. Thanks to magical wards put on the statues, they protect citizens from the disastrous infulence of Chaos, and ward off the dead.

Gardus Steel Soul (FKB LXXXIV)

Aktualny temat FKB to "Bohater!", a Gardus idealnie się w niego wpasował:

Swoje śmiertelne życie, jako Garradan, medyk w hospicjum, zakończył walcząc z khornickimi najeźdźcami, uzbrojony jedyne w dwa ponad metrowe lichtarze.
Już jako Stormcast został Lordem-Celestantem Hallowed Knightów.
Jego przygody obejmują między innymi samotne przemierzanie Ogrodu Nurgla, czy walkę z Mannfredem von Carsteinem.

His mortal life as Garradan, medic in a hospice, ended during a khornite raid, in which he fought bravely armed only with 4-feet long, iron, candle-sticks.
As a Stormcast he became a Lord-Celestant of Steel Soul chamber.
His many adventures include lonely traversing trough the Garden of Nurgle, or fighting with infamous Mannfred von Carstein.

Celestial Vindicators: Knight-Vexillor with Banner of Apotheosis

Model pomalowany, ot tak, bo miałem ochotę. :P
Gryfeły są wybitnie przyjemne i szybkie do malowania.

Warcry: Robos Crystal Eye (FKB LXXVII)

Tematem aktualnej (77) edycji Figurkowego Karnawału Blogowego jest: Kamuflaż.

Dla Stormcasta schowanie się za drzewem to szczyt kamuflażu, także tego, przed wami Vanguard Raptor, Robos Kryształowe Oko:

Robos jako najbliższy towarzysz Kisasiego nie mógł puścić go samego na wyprawę. Służy on drużynie jako wsparcie snajperskie, ostrzeliwując wroga z ukrycia. Dzięki zaklętemu kryształowemu oku, nic nie umknie jego uwadze.

For a Stormcast hiding behind a tree is a peak of camouflaging, so... here is a Vanguard Raptor, Robos Crystal Eye:

Robos, as closest Kisasis companion, couldn't let him alone. He is a fellowship sniper support, shooting enemies from hiding. Thanks to enchanted crystal eye, nothing eskapes his attention.

 

Celestial Vindicators: Celestar Ballista #3 #4

Dwie dodatkowe balisty dla moich Celestial Vindicatorów. Ogólnie jestem z nich zadowolony, ale zacząłem je malować już w styczniu... zdecydowanie muszę się zmotywować do malowania. :P

Two more Ballistae for my Celestial Vindicators. Happy with the result, but I've started painting them in January... definitelly need to paint more. :P

Celestial Vindicators: Lord Exorcist

Po długiej przerwie, w końcu pomalowałem mojego lorda Exorcista. Świetny model, ale nie jestem zadowolony z finalnego efektu.
Tak czy siak nie mam zamiaru go przemalowywac. :P


After long hiatus, I finally painted my Lord Exorcist.  He is a lovely model, but I'm not satisfied with my painting. 
Nevertheless he is finished, and I won't repaint him. :P

 

Warcry: Kisasi with his Aetherwings

Jako że wciągnąłem się w Warcry'a, przed wami początki mojej bandy.
Głównodowodzący Raptor Prime uzbrojony w szybkostrzelną kuszę.
Model zmodyfikowałem opierając jego kuszę o ziemię i dokładając mu wskazującą rękę z zestawu Sequitorów. Dodatkowo do pasa doczepiłem mu zwiniętą linę i butlę wskazujące na aktualną podróż.

Kisasi "Cień Jastrzębia", Raptor Prime, dowódca Straży Orlego Gniazda. Ma pod swoją opieką tereny lęgowe Kryształowej Iglicy, gdzie wraz ze swoimi podwładnymi hoduje urodzone w Chamonie Aetherwingi, Gwiezdne Orły i inne ptasie stworzenia.
Po bolesnym ataku stada Chimer, Kisasi poprzysiągł zemstę za unicestwionych pupilów. Wraz z Hunterem Prime'm Dubusem Niedźwiedziem, stworzyli grupę łowców w celu wytropienia i zabicia Chimery Alfa ze stada które zaatakowało Orle Gniazdo. Po długiej podróży dotarli do Eightpoints...


As I stucked deep into the Warcry, here is a beginning of my Warband.
Main Leader of my Warband, Vanguard Raptor Prime with Hurricane Crossbow.
He is converted with his crossbow lowered and pointing gauntlet taken from Sequitors kit. I added him tied rope and a flagon to made him more in mid journey.

Kisasi "Hawk's Shadow", Raptor Prime, leader of the Aerie Guard. He is in charge of Crystal Spire's nesting grounds, where with his subordinates, he breeds Chamon-rised Aetherwings, Star-Eagles and other avian creatures. 
After dire in consequences Chimera's flock attack, Kisasi swear to avenge his annihilated minions. Together with Hunter Prime Dubus the Bear, they formed a hunting party, to locate and assasinate the Alpha beast of the flock that attacked the Aerie. Their long journey took them to the Eightpoints...

Celestial Vindicators: Aetherwings

Moja pierwsza jednostka Aetherwingów. Ładne, przemyślane modele, całkiem szybkie w malowaniu. Jako że będą one częścią mojej bandy do Warcry'a, każdemu dałem inną ilość pasków na wstęgach (w celu łatwiejszego rozpoznania konkretnego modelu).

My first unit of Aetherwings. Nice, well tought models, pretty quick to paint. As they will be a part of my Warcry warband, each one have a different number of stripes on their ribbons (for easier recognising on the battlefield).

Celestial Vindicators: Sequitors with Tempest Blades

Druga jednostka Sequitorów gotowa. Zwiera ona w sobie konwersję kobiecej Sequitor Prime, dostała ona lewą dłoń od Darkoath Chieftaina z Silver Towera, do prawej zaś Greatemace'a.

Przed wami: Straż Wewnętrznego Kręgu, wschodniego skrzydła, Wielkiej Biblioteki w Agathium - "Uczeni", dowodzeni przez "Amanę Wierną".


Second unit of Sequitors is ready, including convertion of "Easy to Built" female Sequitor Prime. She got left palm from Darcoath Chieftain (from Silver Tower), and Stomsmite Greatemace in her right hand.

Druga jednostka Evocatorów gotowa... nareszcie! Panowie z mieczami z zestawu Soul Wars, Pan i Pani z kosturami z wieloczęściowego zestawu Evocatorów.

Second unit of Evocators is ready... at last! Models with swords are from Soul Wars set, with grand staves from multi-part Evocators kit.

Defending the ruins

Dziś chciałbym podzielić się z wami czymś innym niż tylko zdjęcia figurek.
Jakiś czas temu grałem z Berdyszem z ...za pomocą Berdysza, bitwę w Age of Sigmar.
Tutaj znajdziecie Berdyszowy opis bitwy wraz z naszymi rozpiskami, polecam!
Sam zaś postanowiłem napisać coś o tej bitwie w bardziej fabularyzowany sposób. Jako że gwiazdą naszego spotkania został Prime Judicatorów (przeżył 3 tury combat'u z oddziałem Ironjawzów), opis bitwy przedstawiony jest z jego, dość ograniczonej perspektywy. Today I want to share with You something different than my usual pictures of finished miniatures. Some time ago I played a game of Age of Sigmar with Berdysz from ...za pomocą Berdysza.
Here You can find Berdysz' battlereport including both of our rosters, I highly recommend (narration in English)!
I myself decided, to wrote about the battle in more fabular way. As the star of the game was my Judicator Prime (he alone survived 3 combat phases with unit of Ardboyz), whole story is from his perspective. So here are my writings for You to read. Pictures thanks to Berdysz.

Celestial Vindicators: Evocators

Evocatorzy z Underworldsów dostali wsparcie, w postaci 3 towarzyszy z wieloczęściowego pudełka Evocatorów, teraz wspólnie mogą walczyć na AoSowych polach bitew.

Evocators from Underworlds got reinforcements, in form of 3 mates from multipart Evocators kit, and now together they can fight on AoS battlefields.

Warhammer Underworlds: Sacrosanct Stormcasts

Moja pierwsza banda do Nightvaulta. Pomalowani w schemacie moich Celestial Vindicatorów, Evocatorzy stanowią świetne wzmocnienie dla trójki z zestawu Soul Wars.
Knight Incantor, którego pomalowałem wcześniej, jest zdecydowanie najlepszym modelem z zestawu, Evocatorzy są jak na mój gust zbyt zwyczajni, pomimo tego to nadal bardzo dobre modele.

My first warband from Nightvault. Painted in my Celestial Vindicators scheme, Evocators are a great reinforcement for triplets from Soul Wars box. 
Knight Incantor which I painted earlier, is the best from the band, Evocators are too ordinary in my opinion, still really good models.

Celestial Vindicators: Lord-Celestant on Dracoth

Celestial Vindicators: Lord Arcanum on Gryph-charger

Mój Lord Arcanum "Jabali the Pillar" z Soul-Warsowego boxa, skończony. Model piękny i świetnie prezentujący się na stole, ale płaski brzuch Gryph-chargera to porażka, zwłaszcza że to model od GW, które zazwyczaj przykłada się do szczegółów. Dlatego musiałem trochę pobawić się Green-stuffem (efekt widoczny na jednym ze zdjęć).

My Lord Arcanum "Jabali the Pillar" from Soul-Wars boxed set is finished. Beautiful model except Gryph-chargers awful, flat belly, especially considering that it is a model from GW, which usually pays attention to details. Becouse of that I played a little with Green-stuff (effect visible on one of the pictures).
